Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We are unable to accept returns, as product and scent selection are based on personal preference. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@attatuk.com, including your order number in the subject line. Be sure to provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If your return request is approved, we will send you the return address. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and can take 7–10 days, depending on your bank. Note that return shipments are at your discretion, and we recommend using Royal Mail as your courier.
